The license you are buying.

These terms cover the Cue website and the lifetime account license. They do not license any film, recording, or studio. The seller is Nandor Sperl. A postal address is not published on this page; contact the seller through the contact page if you need it.

The product

A paid license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It is for one person. It stays on one device at a time. You can move it. Moving it signs the previous device out. The price shown on the pricing page is a one-time charge, not a subscription. The license key appears on your account after Stripe reports the payment as paid. An unpaid account cannot activate a device.

The catalog

Browse the featured movie lines and keep favorites ready in the Cue app. Features can change as the service evolves.

Your account

Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your login. Do not share the license in order to run it on several devices at once. We may close an account that is used to attack the service or to resell access.

Payments

The $25 lifetime license is purchased through Stripe Checkout as a one-time payment, not a subscription. After Stripe reports the payment as paid, the license key appears on your account; the license is personal and remains for one device at a time. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply, including any cooling-off right that the law does not let a seller remove.

Availability and liability

The site and the future app are provided with reasonable care, not with a promise that they will always be available or error free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, liability related to the license is limited to the amount you paid for it.
